Oliver was diagnosed with metastatic colon cancer in September 2003, and he passed away at age 28 on July 1, 2006. This is a site dedicated to the memory of his life. Here family and friends can view and post pictures and memories of Oliver.

May 1, 2012 Happy 34th Birthday Oliver! We're eating some Texas BBQ today in your honor with your new sister-in-law and her family. Sorry that Texas sports haven't been doing so well lately, not to mention Houston's teams. Still, we think about you all the time and we miss you dearly.

I also know this website is nearly 6 years old so I'll try to work on updating it. If you have suggestions or would like to help just contact Darwin.

You're 31 today! Sorry I didn't update this page last year, but at least you got a nice present for your birthday: the Rockets winning a first round playoff series for the first time in 12 years! I wrote a little note in my blog, so feel free to read it.

Happy 29th Birthday, Oliver! We surely miss you each day, but we remember your warm smile and kind words. Carrying them in our hearts wherever we go, we are always inspired by the way you lived your life and battled against cancer. More than a teacher, brother, son, cousin or friend, you were someone we could always count on. We love you and we miss you!
